Pimnuch is the Founder of the Proud Foods Group and a Chef Instructor at Culinaerie in Washington DC. Her portfolio encompass Thai, Vietnamese and Laotian cuisines. Previously she was the Assistant General Manager at Union Kitchen. Prior to that she was part of the Deal Strategy and Operations team at PwC Thailand. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Thammasat University and was a UCEAP Scholar to the University of California Berkeley.
