Josue serves in the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization. Previously he served in the Obama Administration's Presidential Personnel Office at the White House and the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is a Master of Science in Analytics Candidate at Georgia Tech and holds a B.A. from UCLA and is a GilmanScholar to Thammasat University.
