Jaime serves as the Chief, Army National Guard Trial Defense Service and the Deputy Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Concurrently he has served as an Army National Guard JAG for almost 20 years , where he holds the rank of Colonel. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
